The sooner the better - especially during busy seasons! I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date. The earlier you book, the better your chance of obtaining your perferred dates, designs and set up times!

Pricing depends on the size, details, and customization of your set up. Smaller arrangements may have a lower cost, while larger installations (balloon arches, balloon walls, full event styling, etc.) require a more detailed quote.

I am based in Louisville, KY and proudly serve Louisville and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside my service area but I am happy to travel!

Most setups take 1-3 hours depending on size and complexity. I'll always provide a time estimate prior to your event!
